Hiring Nurse Aide CNA – Role Summary

As a CNA at our facility, you’ll play a critical role in supporting daily care routines and enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Core Duties:

• Deliver quality care to multiple residents daily
• Maintain and uphold all resident rights
• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Aid in resident admissions and transitions in collaboration with nursing staff
• Assist with therapeutic and rehabilitation exercises
• Be a reliable and consistent presence on your assigned shifts

Essential Requirements:

• Must hold an active CNA license in the practicing state
• Fluency in English
• Capable of independent thinking and decision-making when needed
• Strong communication and collaboration with coworkers
